We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job satisfaction, performance management, and organizational development.
As the Office HR Manager, you will serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, maintaining employee records, and managing HR documentation such as contracts and onboarding guides.
You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and help them build strong teams. You will also be expected to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This includes fostering a positive working environment, enhancing job satisfaction, and ensuring a high level of employee engagement.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. You should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.
